Q. Are all your cleaning services available where I live?
A. We’re pleased to say the answer is yes, as long as you live in Manchester. Both residents and business owners, landlords and letting agents can take advantage of our one-off cleaning services, including spring cleaning and deep cleaning. There are also regular services such as domestic cleaning, specialist oven and carpet cleaning too.
Q. I’m not sure whether I need deep cleaning or spring cleaning. Is there any difference?
A. Both services are very similar in that we offer a thorough clean. The difference comes in the areas that we’ll concentrate on. Spring cleaning is designed for the general clean of an entire property, as long as time allows. While deep cleaning is designed to concentrate our efforts on certain rooms, for example your kitchen or bathroom. We will do our level best to clean as much as possible during your booking.
Q. I’ve heard you have lots of discounts, but how can I find out more?
A. We regularly update our range of discounts. To find out the latest special offers it’s best to give us a call on 016 1823 0190. Our lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our customer service team are well informed and happy to discuss your needs and talk about prices, 24/7.
Q. Do I have to pay up front?
A. No payment or deposit is needed to secure your booking. You only pay when the work is completed, and after you’re satisfied we’ve done a good job. You’ll get the opportunity to inspect what’s been done, and only then pay in cash or with a recognised card.
Q. What happens if I need to cancel?
A. Provided you give us a minimum of 48 hours, there’s no problem. Cancelling a booking is FREE of charge. Let us know as soon as you can, preferably by calling our 24/7 phone line. We only apply a cancellation fee if a service is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking, or when access is not as arranged.
Q. Will my cleaning service be guaranteed?
A. End of tenancy cleaning and deep cleaning are guaranteed professional services. If you think our cleaners have missed something, or not performed as well as expected, call us within 48 hours. We’ll return and re-clean the areas we’ve missed for FREE.
Q. Can I be sure my cleaner is trustworthy?
A. We take the time to carefully check the previous work history of all our employees and ensure they are CRB checked. You’ll instantly recognise your cleaner by their company uniform and ID. Our priority is for you to feel confident and safe – after all we’ll be working in your home or business property.
